Street Outreach

Youth are empowered to make a difference in their own lives to develop their full potential.

Street Outreach provides direct service to at-risk youth ages 16-22 focused on helping them to leave the streets, to consider safe lifestyle options, to obtain a safe and appropriate alternative living arrangement, and make a successful transition to adulthood. We work to ensure youth receive assistance for drug and alcohol issues, are safe from sexual abuse and/or exploitation, have opportunities and support to complete high school or earn a general equivalency diploma (GED), learn job skills, and obtain employment.

Why We Do It

On any given night in Northern Kentucky there are 3,000 homeless youth. Our program is designed to reach those youth where they are and provide a hand up to reach self-sufficiency. We are the only program in Northern Kentucky to conduct aggressive street outreach and meet with customers under bridges, in the woods, along the riverbanks, or wherever the at-risk youth are staying.
