Tax Sheltered Annuity Plan (403B):

A tax sheltered annuity (403B) is offered to qualified employees as an optional benefit which Brighton Center contributes an amount equal to 6% of the employee’s annual wage.

Paid Sick Time:

4 days given at start of employment. On the fifth month, one sick day a month is earned until the maximum accrual of 60 days reached.

Childcare Discount:

Employees are eligible for an employee discount when enrolling their child in a Brighton Center Inc. Child Development program.
